To begin the proofing phase, select “Add to Cart” below and procced to procced to checkout to place your design retainer payment.

This non-refundable design retainer is required to begin with the proofing process. This is not a design fee, it is simply a portion of your order paid upfront to cover design time. The retainer amount will be subtracted from your final invoice, which will be sent via email after you approve your order for print, and after all materials and quantities have been finalized. Any remaining balance of your order total (minus retainer amount) must be paid in full before your order is sent to print.

Order quantities, address lists, and even wording details do not need to be finalized before paying the design retainer. All details can be changed during the proofing phase. After completing your design retainer payment, we’ll reach out via email to gather any additional personalization details we need to create your proof. Then you will receive a link to your proofing portal where you can request any changes you’d like to see, as well as confirm quantities and approve for print.

Note: we’ll review your order and timeline prior to beginning design work. If we’re unable to accommodate your order, your retainer will be refunded. Otherwise, please allow 5-7 days to receive your first proof.
