ASSEMBLY & MAILING SERVICES


STANDARD ASSEMBLY

Orders are boxed up for you with each component of your invitation suite bundled separately. Meaning you’ll receive a stack of invitations cards, a stack reply cards, a stack of details cards, a stack of envelopes, etc. Assembling your invitation suites is fairly straight-forward and simple: collate cards, stuff pockets or envelopes, apply bands or adhesive wax seals, apply postage stamps, seal and mail.

Items that require adhesive, like backing layers, mounting your invitation inside of a folder, or installing envelope liners, will be completed for you. With the exception of ribbon, you will not need to measure, cut, or glue anything.

If this light assembly sounds like a task you’d prefer to have us complete for you, you can add Full Service Assembly to your order at any time prior to printing.

FULL SERVICE ASSEMBLY

means your invitations will arrive to you “post office ready” (sealed and ready for postage and mailing at the post office). Full Assembly Service adds $2.50 -$4.50 per set, depending on the components ordered. This fee includes RSVP postage applied to your return envelopes but does not include postage to mail. Your post office will advise you on the correct postage amount.

MAILING SERVICE

If you would like us to mail your invitations out directly to your guests, we charge 1.5x the actual cost of postage for mailing. Please note, once we mail your invitations, we are not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost invitations. A mailing waiver must be signed prior to us mailing your invitations.
